圣奥（天津）化妆品有限公司 注册于2000年，是一家专业的化妆品OEM和ODM加工企业。总占地面积33000平方米。拥有现代化研发中心和生产基地。生产厂建筑占地面积12000平方米，拥有4000平方米10万极净化实验室和生产车间；9条自动化流水作业线以及全套检测设备。截至去年底，累计研制生产出16大系列500多种单品化妆品，包括美白、补水、排毒养颜、水晶、芳香精油、活性金、南海珍珠等系列。产能近千吨，是目前北方较具规模，较为专业的OEM加工企业。从市场策划、产品设计研发、生产、采购、质检，到仓储、物流，生化能全面和系统地满足客户需求。严格执行国家各项质量管理标准，严格规范工艺流程，完善质量监控，使之成为专业加工厂，公司引进先进的技术和生产设备，具有现代科技的实验室以及检验设备，拥有18年以上工作经验的技术工程师，确保产品品质达到国际水准。

河北圣奥化妆品有限公司始建于2017年11月，位于馆陶经济开发区朝阳路1号，项目总投资1.119亿元，占地约40亩，总建筑面积30000平方米，主要包括建设标准化洁净生产车间两座、标准研发实验室 、综合办公楼及附属设施等。建成正常投产后，将实现年产值约4.5亿元、税收1100万元、新增就业岗位150个。目前，1#车间已建成，包括十万级洁净标准灌装车间，理化实验室及微生物检测室，完全符合药品生产GMP厂房标准要求。在工艺上采用更为清洁和有效的臭氧和环氧乙烷对生产环境及包材、面膜贴等进行消毒，避免消毒剂对产品造成污染，同时配备了多套国际先进的真空乳化设备、液洗配制设备、搅拌设备、以及与之配套的二级反渗透水处理设备以及CIP在线清洗系统等，可以满足各种类型化妆品的生产制造。设备安装调试完成，并于今年3月份正式通过河北省食品药品监验局的验收，4月26号获得省药监局颁发的“化妆品生产许可证”，将于6月中旬正式投入生产。

At present, the 1# workshop has been completed, including the 100,000-class clean standard filling workshop, physical and chemical laboratory and microbial testing room, which fully meets the requirements of the GMP factory standard for pharmaceutical production. In the process, the cleaning environment and packaging materials and mask paste are disinfected by using cleaner and effective ozone and ethylene oxide to prevent the disinfectant from polluting the product. At the same time, it is equipped with many sets of internationally advanced vacuum emulsification equipment and liquid Washing and dissolving equipment, mixing equipment, and secondary reverse osmosis water treatment equipment and CIP online cleaning system can meet the needs of various types of cosmetics. The installation and commissioning of the equipment was completed. It was officially approved by the Food and Drug Administration of Hebei Province in March this year. On April 26, it was awarded the “Cosmetics Production License” issued by the Provincial Food and Drug Administration, which will be officially put into production in mid-June.
